Virtual band Gorillaz will hit the road for their Mountain Tour, bringing their interactive concert experience to Oakland Arena on Wednesday 28th October 2026. Created by former Blur frontman Damon Albarn and collaborated with artist Jamie Hewlett, Gorillaz features a cast of virtual band members and will feature hits like “Feel Good Inc”. and “Clint Eastwood” along with songs from their latest album The Mountain.
Support comes from alternative rock, electronica, and underground hip hop acts, Mercury Prize winner Little Simz and influential sci-fi hip hop collective Deltron 3030. They will play tracks from Little Simz' brand new album, 'Orchid,' as well as Deltron 3030's 'Event 2'.

The virtual band members Hugh G. Russell, 2D, Murdoc Niccals and Noodle are coming to Oakland Arena on Wednesday, October 28th, 2026 as part of The Mountain Tour joined by special guests Little Simz and Deltron 3030.
The Mountain Tour is heading across North America in support of Gorillaz‘ new 2026 album, The Mountain, and will be visiting iconic locations such as Orlando, Miami, Atlanta, Charlotte, Washington DC, San Diego and Portland, as well as Seattle and Oakland, and many more cities.
Hits from one of alternative rock’s most beloved and innovative bands, including "Dare", "On Melancholy Hill". From their 1998 debut by musician Damon Albarn and illustrator Jamie Hewlett, the band have been a rare exception. Their three dimensional personas, 2-D, Murdoc Niccals, Russel Hobbs and the enigmatic Noodle have captured the hearts of music lovers worldwide.
Their impressive careers have earned them numerous Brit Awards and a Grammy Award for Best Pop Collaboration with Vocals for "Feel Good Inc".
British rapper Little Simz will play all her hit tracks including her award winning ‘Gorilla’ and ‘Introvert’ as well as more new material taken from her 2026 release ‘Lotus’.
Islington born Little Simz aka Simbiatu Abisola Abiola Ajikawo has had an incredibly inspiring career to date. Most recently she picked up a well deserved Mercury Prize for her track ‘frequently I Might Be Introvert’ (2022), as well as picking up a BRIT Award for Best New Artist (2022), MOBO Award and also her album ‘Sometimes I Might Be Introvert’ was awarded BBC Radio 6 Music Album of the Year.
Deltron 3030 is a super group made up of producer Dan the Automator, rapper Del the Funky Homosapien and turntablist DJ Kid Koala. Self proclaimed revolutionary rappers The Collective from 3030 explore the theme of fighting against an oppressive government on their self-titled debut release.
Their first single shot to #13 on the Billboard Heatseekers chart peaking at #90 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart.
Oakland Arena is located at 7000 Coliseum Way, Oakland, CA 94621 in the center of the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum Complex and easily accessible by public transportation via the BART Coliseum Station.
The complex encompasses 189,000 square feet and can accommodate a variety of events, seating up to 19,596 guests. General arena seating, floor seats for concerts, suites, club seats and accessible seating are all available options for Oakland Arena guests.
